Ignite Pistachio Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- Serves 2!
- 3oz cooled espresso or strong coffee
- 4oz IGNITE Vodka
- 1oz coffee liqueur
- Ice
- Espresso or coffee beans for garnish
- Chopped pistachios for garnish
What to do:
Add espresso to a shaker filled with ice, along with coffee liqueur, pistachio syrup, and vodka. Cover and shake until there is a foamy top. Strain the cocktails into two martini glasses, allowing the residual foaminess to pour out into each glass. Garnish with espresso beans and a healthy sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
