To maintain the strictest quality and taste profiles, we blend our gluten-free vodka to 80 proof using precisely measured UV charcoal filtered water treated by reverse osmosis, and then distill 4 times.         I have bought several dirty vodkas for straight shots, and always got that bad flavor aftermath taste. This is the first vodka I have ever tried that didn't leave me that scent.

        Smooth and felt it clean. It's a fantastic way to start a day. Hangover was great actually. No headache.
