IGNITE x III Points 2026 Giveaway
Official Rules & Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MUST BE 21+ TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The IGNITE x III Points 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ignite International Ltd. (the “Sponsor”).
Gulf Bar Liquor is the participating retail location hosting the Giveaway entry opportunity and is not the Sponsor of the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who meet all other requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, Gulf Bar Liquor, III Points, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of their households are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility from any potential winner.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 28th, 2026 and ends on October 12, 2026, at 2:00 AM Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:
- Scan the official Giveaway QR code displayed at Gulf Bar Liquor in Florida during the Giveaway Period; and
- Complete the online entry form by providing their full name and email address.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants do not need to purchase any product from Gulf Bar Liquor to enter the Giveaway.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted after the Giveaway Period may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of tickets, consisting of two (2) tickets total, to III Points 2026 in Miami, Florida, taking place October 16–17, 2026.
The exact ticket type and access provided will be determined by the Sponsor and/or III Points and are subject to availability and the applicable festival and ticketing terms and conditions.
The prize includes festival tickets only. Airfare, transportation, hotel or other accommodations, meals, beverages, travel expenses, spending money, insurance, visa or passport expenses, and all other costs associated with attending the festival are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law.
If the winner or their guest is unable to attend the festival for any reason, the Sponsor is not responsible for providing a replacement prize or reimbursing any expenses.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The random drawing will take place on or about October 13, 2026.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry and is expected to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
The winner will be announced on or about October 13, 2026, subject to verification of eligibility.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, provide credit card or banking information, or purchase a product to claim the prize.
8. Festival Admission & Travel
The winner and guest are subject to all rules, policies, terms, conditions, health and safety requirements, and admission policies established by III Points, the festival venue, ticket issuer, and applicable authorities.
The Sponsor does not guarantee that the festival will take place as scheduled or that any particular artist, performance, experience, or event will occur.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, modification, interruption, or change to the festival or any portion thereof.
The winner and guest are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation, airfare, accommodations, meals, travel documents, insurance, and other expenses associated with attending the festival.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and promotional partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to:
- Participation in the Giveaway;
- Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
- Travel to or attendance at III Points;
- Any technical failure, interruption, or malfunction;
- Unauthorized intervention in the Giveaway;
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in or attendance at the festival; or
- Any cancellation, postponement, modification, or interruption of the festival.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Conduct
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or deceptively, or engages in conduct that the Sponsor determines to be disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, or harmful to the Giveaway, Sponsor, III Points, Gulf Bar Liquor, or other participants.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the potential winner, verify eligibility, and fulfill the prize.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the Sponsor may collect and process information necessary to administer the Giveaway in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy.

12. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or any other circumstance compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated, the Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to the event causing the termination, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
13. Taxes and Expenses
Any taxes, fees, duties, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner is responsible for determining and complying with any tax reporting or payment obligations applicable to the prize.
14. Governing Law
These Official Rules are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Where permitted by law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each entrant irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any objection based on forum non conveniens.
